A dated, tired flat awash with floral wallpaper…

Our solution: 
  • repainted over the wallpaper using a muted Farrow & Ball colour palette
  • replaced dated light fittings with contemporary pendants and shades
  • removed dated curtain swags
  • fitted contemporary bathroom taps 
  • fitted new kitchen worktop, sink and taps
  • undertook a Safety Compliance for Rental Purpose

The result: after a 2 week turnaround the property was back on the rental market
